Formed out of a support group for working age people affected by cancer, this choir is open to anyone who wishes to support them in song and meets on Wednesdays in term-time, 7-9pm, at one of Chester's iconic historic pubs, now the Catholic Club.

There are currently no SWAGG sessions due to the COVID situation but existing and prospective members are welcome to join other events on offer until SWAGG can meet again.

​

Singing easy harmonies to popular songs the group is regularly learning new material for performances for community and charity events.

​

The SWAGG Choir, together with members of Sing Out Your Song! and Come and Sing!, performed at the following events in 2019:

In 2018 we have enjoyed performing for the MacMillan Carers Volunteer Celebration event, Wrexham Singing Streets Festival, Hoole Christmas Lights Switch on, Centurion Pub Vicars Cross Christmas Lights Switch on and Boughton Heath Christmas Carol Event.
