Carol Singing December 2020

Tomorrow (Monday) is forecast to start wet but be dry by late afternoon, so carol singing in Hoole WILL go ahead as planned, meeting at 6.45pm. There is a car park at the junction of Pickering St and Walker St that is free after 6pm (before then its resident’s only). We will meet there. We’ve got a couple of choir member’s houses to sing outside of and lots of streets where hopefully people will hear us and be entertained. We’ve also been promised free chips if we sing outside the chip shop!!

Government Guidelines permits us to go carol singing as long as we continue to observe social distancing and do not socialise outside of the rules for our current tier rating. You can read more about that

Please let me know which of these sessions you can commit to. You are welcome to come to as many sessions as you can. I am happy for people to bring friends and family, and of course singers we've not seen for a while are also welcome to join us.

As ever, I am making no fixed charge but you are welcome to send donations. Details on the Money page on this website

Do make sure to wrap up warm, but be aware that these sessions will involve some walking too, which should help keep us warm. Advice for keeping warm outside can be found under the LIVE sessions page on this website

Carribean Hallelujah

Do You Hear What I Hear?

God Rest You Merry Gentlemen

Good King Wenceslas

These three songs will be sung in 3 part harmony. I have put the sound file son Sound Cloud. Click the button here to hear them.
